Patricia Hill

Patricia Gale Hill, 61, took the hand of her Savior and flew into the universe on Monday, September 26, 2016. Patricia was born to J.L. and Lillian Hill in Lubbock, Texas on January 16, 1955. She was stubborn as a mule and fought her whole life for fairness, even if at times she wasn't fair. She made mistakes her way; some were real doozies. In the end, if there was a will, there was a reason and by God's will she was chosen as an instrument to birth five shining stars. She searched the world everywhere she went for perfect love, to only realize she already had found it within her beautiful children. She dedicated her life to God and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior at South Plains Church; she was baptized in the early 80s, immersed in the spirit and water in 1985. She believed that everything came right eventually and truth always shined for everyone to see no matter what. She leaves behind her husband of 22 years, Ascension Sean Ramirez; three daughters, Mandi Denise Smith and husband David, Jami Brene' Blagrave and husband Brandon, and Kimi Niko Williams and husband Warren; two sons, Samuel Raymond Holt and Jeremy Alexander Brown; her precious grandchildren, Justin Wayne Smith, Christopher David Smith, Caitlyn Elizabeth Smith, Juliana Rene Tejeda, Hunter Ehren Blagrave, and soon to be born Lorelai Rose Williams. She is also survived by her mother, Lillian Alice Hill; sisters, Gwynn Hill Brunet and husband Norman and Mary Lee Pointer and husband Denny; her brother, Eddie Hill and wife Laura; beloved nieces and nephews; and by her four legged fur baby "Peanut." She was preceded in death by her father, J.L. Hill; beloved nephews, Stephen Joyner and Nicholas Hill; grandson, Cade Andrew Thames; maternal grandparents, Luther and Ruby Wilson of Ropesville, Texas; and paternal grandparents, Elliot and Laura Ann Hill of Lubbock, Texas. Cremation is under the direction of American Heritage Cemetery and Funeral Home. A memorial service is set for Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of American Heritage Cemetery and Funeral Home, 4100 N FM 1788 Midland, TX 79707. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of Midland, Hope for Paws, American Cancer Society, or the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
