Bill was born on May 11, 1932 to Alric and Lily Audrey (Hobbs) Rowe in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He married Dorothy Nan (Wardlaw). He is survived by four children, Tisha Louse Rowe, Bob Rose (Lavone), Bud Rose (Dana), and Raymond Rose (Marla); six grandchildren, Dustin Harrison Rose (Krissy), Joe Rose (Amber), Bill Rose (Morgan), JT Rose, West Rose, and Heather Richards (Robbie); and nine great-grandchildren.
